She has worked alongside Shane Ryan for over 20 years and has been instrumental in many of our most complex and successful claims.  Diana possesses a deep understanding of legal procedures and plays a significant role in the Supreme Court practice, predominantly running interstate and complex claims with Shane.

Diana is passionate about her role as an advocate for our clients during the claims process to ensure that they feel supported, and their stories and concerns are heard.  She consistently builds and maintains positive relationships with clients, guiding them through often challenging processes with empathy and professionalism.

In addition to her technical expertise, Diana plays a key role in mentoring Ryan Legal’s paralegals and legal staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Outside of work Diana’s passion is cooking!  You can often find her in the kitchen baking something sweet – most often a birthday cake.
