The laws around abuse claims have recently changed

Our team of lawyers have undergone, and continue to upskill, in extensive training to best assist you with your claim. We understand it’s a difficult time, and approach the situation with sensitivity, professionalism and a duty of care.

According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, 80,000 Australians are victim to some form of sexual assault every year. Only approximately one third of these offences are reported to the police. If you are a survivor of abuse – even if it took place years ago – you may be entitled to compensation.
